Questions about an item, a date or a delivery? Our Solihull-based team is happy to help — and you can check live availability and book any item yourself from the Hire Shop, day or night.
Where we work
We are based in Solihull, Birmingham and deliver, set up and collect across Birmingham and the West Midlands — within 20 miles of our B90 depot. Free collection is available from Solihull, and delivery quotes are calculated instantly at checkout using your venue postcode.
Help planning your light-up hire
Contact Lumiere for help choosing light-up letters, numbers, festoon lighting, uplighters or a complete hire package. Tell us your event date, the venue name and postcode, and which items or words you would like to display. These details help our Solihull team understand your plans and discuss a suitable setup.
For an existing booking, include your booking reference when you email so we can find your order. If your question is about venue access, collection or installation, describe what you need help with. Please check the product dimensions and power requirements in the Hire Shop when planning the space for your display.
You can check dates, see prices and choose a collection or delivery option through the online Hire Shop. For weddings, birthdays, corporate events and festival displays across Birmingham and the West Midlands, our team can also help you compare the available lighting and letter hire options.
